"One of the worst experiences I've ever had – I’ve never been treated this way by any consultancy before. They fail to deliver on their promises and speak rudely when asked for updates. Before payment, they provide incomplete information, only sharing partial details. After payment, they stop answering calls and only contact you at their convenience. Despite giving them my schedule and availability, they never called at the agreed time and then blamed me for missing their call. Initially, they told me the registration fee was ₹750 and that they would provide the job description (JD) after payment. However, once I paid, they ignored my messages. After several follow-ups, they finally said the JD would come directly from the company, which was never mentioned earlier. They also added a note in the receipt stating that a security deposit would be deducted for three days by the company, something they failed to inform me about before payment. When I inquired about the security deposit, they didn’t respond or answer my calls. Before payment, they assured me the amount was refundable, but the receipt clearly stated it was non-refundable. They don’t keep their word, operate at their own convenience, and respond rudely when questioned. This consultancy is not reliable for job placements, very unprofessional and with such poor service, no one should proceed with them for something as important as a job change. I've lost my money, but I hope this review helps save someone else's."
